However, when master-planned Brookfield Residential invested millions into Playa Vista, Silicon Valley’s largest tech and entertainment companies sought to find commercial space in the neighborhood. Now, Playa Vista sees exponential growth every year, with young families, industry professionals, and retirees making roots inside the community’s neighborhoods, which feature a range of housing options such as spacious single-family homes and amenity-rich condominiums.
