Sam and Rudi came in and gave me some suggestions on how to get my house sold, which cost me roughly $10K. They set everything up and the renovations were done within a week. My house ended up selling for $990K, so I ended up making 55K after you take out the 10k renovation fees. After my house was in escrow Sam and Rudi showed me around to several different homes and got me on the Compass app, which was great because you just save the houses you like in the app, and Sam and Rudi see them right away. Sam and Rudi helped me sell my Playa Vista condo and were very impressive throughout the entire process. I reached out to them because they (at the time) had recently sold another condo in the same building at a record-high cost. Experts of Playa Vista, in an intro video call, Sam and Rudi had already identified my unit and we came to a quick understanding of what the partnership would entail. Interior finishes: Not only were recommendations to update finishes (flooring, paint, light fixtures, etc.), but the project managed both the bidding process from multiple vendors and overseeing the work done. This was an absolutely painless process for me. Timing: Sam and Rudi understood market timing and urged for an expedited listing due to significant market changes (e.g. increasing interest rates). Upon sale, it was clear that their timing advice helped maximize the sold cost.
